Naturhouse is the leading company in the dietetics and nutrition sector in Spain with a twenty years experience.

In 1999 it started its international expansion through a franchise system operating more than 2,000 centers in 40 countries and more than 4 millions customers satisfied.

 

Naturhouse opens a center in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on May 21st, 2011. AldomeNatur SRL is the dominican corporation that has the rights to exploit Naturhouse brand in the Dominican Republic

 

A staff of health profesionals (doctors, nutricionists, dietitians), we will follow you up in the process of loosing or gaining weight, until you get your healthy weight.

Our sucess is founded on the nutritional re-education, keeping a healthy and balanced diet, and a good combination of the food. It is not about a restrictive diet, it is about learning how to eat properly.

 

In Naturhouse we give you emotional support, a personalised plan and free consultans with our dietitians, until you get your healthy weight.

People  who visit Naturhouse, come with a previous appointment to be attended by a medical staff, who dedicate the right time to fulfil their weight loss objectives and weight control

 

The Naturhouse centers, established in several countries, counts with the support of a technical department compounded by directors, chemists, biologists and dietitians.

 

This technical department is in charge of serving and supporting the franchise, beside elaborating and updating the diets, and the constant training of the personnel at the centers.

 

More than four millions people are satisfied with the Naturhouse System, not just because they lost weight, they also can eat more: the secret is to choose and combine right the food and in the nutritional evaluation, in order to have the physiological, biochemical and metabolic needs covered by the food intake proposed in the diet.

 

PRIOR

 

The General Conditions of Sale are established between:

 

1. On the one hand, AldomeNatur SRL corporation, through its commercial brand Naturhouse (hereinafter, Naturhouse) established in Máximo Avilés Blonda Street #13, ensanche Julieta, Plaza Las Lilas, Local 202 (Santo Domingo), provided by TRN nº 130759332.

2.On the other hand, anyone that placed an order (hereinafter, the CLIENT).

 

The orders dispatch  will be done throughout Dominican Republic territory, orders placed through the website www.naturhouse.do.

These conditions are exclusively applicable to consumers, but under no circumstances it is permitted to resale the products purchased.

The place of an order implies the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale by the CLIENT, and the any other condition specified in the order.

 

Object

 

The present General Conditions of Sales are intented to define the method of selling between the CLIENT and Naturhouse, from the placement of the order, delivery, payment as well as post-sale service.

 

Delivery

The CLIENT can choose between two delivery options

1. Delivery in a Caribe Pack office (Service operated by Caribe Tours), 48 hours after the delivery is confirmed.  They are points close to the CLIENT ’s home or work where he/she can pick up his/her orders. These offices are usually open six or seven days a week and have and have extended opening hours. Please check schedules to the place of destination with the mentioned transportation company . The CLIENT will receive a SMS, an e-mail or a call when his/her package arrived to Caribe Pack office. He/She will has 7 days to pick it up. The cost of this service will be 6,00 USD per delivery

2.  Handing over at Las Lilas Store, site at Calle Máximo Avilés Blonda, Plaza Las Lilas, Local 202, Santo Domingo. The cost of this service will be 0,00 USD

 

Payment

The CLIENT can choose between three payment options:

 

1. Again the handing over at the Naturhouse Store, Plaza Las Lilas.  The payment will be done at the moment of the handing - without any additional cost

 

2.- PayPal

PayPal is a  very secure, fast and simply method of payment through the internet, without sharing any financial information with the vendor. 

 

3.- Through bank deposit in our checking account in Dominican Pesos, Banco Popular (794311332

 

Order

The CLIENT can place his/her order through this medias:

· By Internet, www.naturhouse.do, following the stablished procedure. 24 a day, 7 days a week.

· By telephone, calling 809 540 7606, monday to friday, between 9:00 hrs  to 19:00 hrs.

· By email, sending a mail to pedidos@naturhouse.com.do

 

To place his/her order, the CLIENT must  provide his/her personal information that may be request, unless he/she has a client number.

 

By making an order the CLIENT plenty and fully accept the prices, descriptions of the products on sale and the General Conditions of Sales and also any other specified in the order. 

 

Naturhouse will inform the CLIENT, as soon as possible, about the out of stock of the product requested.

 

Naturhouse reserve the right to reject an order from a CLIENT who has non paid invoices from previous orders.

 

Prices

The prices will included the related taxes in each moment. A handling and delivery fixed charge may be add. This cost will be indicated in the website. The prices are in USD.

 

In case the payment are made through bank deposit in Naturhouse checking account, the CLIENT should pay in Dominican Pesos the amount that appears in the invoice.

 

WARRANTY

Naturhouse guarantee to the CLIENT the quality of the product that protects, under the legally stablished terms.

Deficiencies caused by neglect, impact damages , use or misuse are not included. 

In cases in which use of  the warranty is justified, the article may be substituted, discounted or returned as legally established

 

The warranty will lose its value:

As a general rule, in everything concerning to warranties we hold on by the regulations of the Dominican Civil Code and the General Consumer Protection Rights No. 358-05

 

RETURNS POLICY

A receipt is required for returns and exchanges. You will have 48 hours from the reception of your order.  We are sorry, but we can accept  any articles opened or without it original packaging.

 

We will accept the return or exchange of the damages articles and mistaken deliveries,  Aldome Natur SRL, will be responsible for the shipping costs to the Naturhouse Store.

 

You should contact us immediately through our return form that you will find in our website www.naturhouse.com.do , by e-mail servicioalcliente@naturhouse.com.do or calling us 809 540 7606. Please provide us the information and the issue with the product.  Once we receive the information, we will tell you how to proceed. 

 

The return or exchange of the article will be done as soon as possible, and by any case within 14 days of the date we sent you by e-mail the refund or exchange confirmation.

 

The amount paid for these returned items caused by a tare or defect, when this situation really exists, will be refund to you, including all the expenses to deliver the articles, and the costs you have to paid to returned them.  The refund will be always made in the same payment method you used. 

 

All the rights recognized by the actual legislation are kept safe.

 

PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT No. 172-13

ALDOME NATUR SRL, company that manages Naturhouse brand, is really concerned about its clients’ interests that why we are concerned about the data confidentiality and data safety. Our concern goes further than the compliance of current regulations. That is why, we guarantee that the data provided by the CLIENT will be treated confidentially and kept safe to avoid any alteration or loose of data, and also any unauthorized access by third parties. 

 

According to the ORGANIC LAW ABOUT PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT No. 172-13 (LOPD), we inform you that all personal data given by the CLIENT during his/her commercial relationship with ALDOME NATUR SRL, through any media, will be included in a data base, which responsible is ALDOME NATUR SRL and will be treated confidentiality, with the intention to manage your requests, orders, payments, and send you by any media, automatically or not (e-mail, SMS, MMS, fax, Internet, phone) information and offers.
